Connecting Families to the Resources They Need in the “Second Half” of Life

At Legacy Senior Living, our mission has always been to improve the aging experience for families through the comfort of home. We believe that with the right support, guidance, and community, the second half of life can be filled with purpose, joy, and connection.

That’s why we’re excited to share the Second Half Expo as a valuable resource for families who have a loved one in the “second half” of their lives. This event is designed to help families connect with the people, tools, and information they need to live the way they’ve always imagined.

The 2025 Second Half Expo will take place on October 18th at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. Hosted by the Oklahoma Senior Journal, the expo brings together more than 130 local businesses and organizations dedicated to serving Oklahoma’s 50+ community. Families can enjoy educational seminars, interactive demonstrations, and access to resources that support healthy, fulfilling aging — all in one place.

For too long, aging has been viewed through a narrow lens. But with the right approach, it’s possible to experience this season with dignity, energy, and excitement. That’s the heart behind both Legacy Senior Living and the Second Half Expo — creating opportunities for seniors and their families to flourish.
